2.2 The services provided by LexLynk are subject to LexLynk's General Terms and Conditions (GTC). They stipulate that German law shall apply and that, as far as permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Munich.

2.3 LexLynk is legally obliged under Art. 14 para. 1 of the European Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (ODR Regulation) to inform you of the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform) of the European Commission.
LexLynk does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to do so.
